Just when you think you’ve seen all types of designs of bridal gowns on Pinterest, Zandra Lim blows us away with an ingenious design like no other. Her unique piece for Bride Ashely will give pride and joy to the bride’s Filipino roots while still giving her the comfort and style every bride wants on her wedding day in these three looks!

Ashley’s first look is a glamorous Filipiniana dress that is made with Jusi fabric, which is commonly used for Filipiniana dresses. Zandra chose this material because of its light weight, which made it comfortable for the bride to walk down the aisle. The gold embroidery patterns incorporated on the dress gave it a luxurious look and a modern touch.

Although we love this Maria Clara look on our bride, her style and personality is still what’s important to Zandra. Having that in thought, the designer made it possible for the dress to be deconstructed, which allowed the bride to remove the Maria Clara sleeves. Ashley’s second look is now a sleeveless bridal gown with a ball gown skirt. This look was more of Ashley’s personal style and also, helped her get beautiful shots of her and her entourage.

Bride Ashley then removed the big skirt for her reception party and is now wearing a cocktail dress! This third look made it easy for the bride to move, dance, and have a blast with her friends and family all night long.
